Hi everyone,

I am trying to book a fare from SDF-ORD, and then I had 3 options of fares to choose from, and from their I see that Choice Essential does not charge for itinerary change, but charges for same day flight change, and the Choice Plus does not charge for either.

Can someone please explain to me the difference between Same day flight change and itinerary change? This is the first time I am booking with AA with cash.
