DFW FIS is better than MIA, but LHR security can be a crapshoot in the summer. You are probably okay sticking with your original itinerary, assuming the sequester is resolved by the summer, so FIS at MIA will be fully staffed. Of course, if you have GE and no checked bags, you will be golden!
