Are you wanting them to tag the bag SEA-ORD-SEA-ANC? I had a weird situation (not that I minded because I was getting more miles) that required a double connection in one airport. The Alaska agent had a really tough time getting it to work, and in the end tagged them without the double connection.
I would recommend getting there early, as it took quite a while for me to get down. Alternatively, maybe they would just let you check your bags in really early for the SEA-ANC flight with your unique situation.
Or if I'm reading it wrong, and you want to check them in at ORD all the way to ANC, yeah they should be able to do that.
I just want to have my bags go ORD - ANC without needing to get out of airside at SEA, retrieve my bags, check them in for SEA-ANC, pay the baggage fee, and go through security again. I'm hoping they won't make me do that just so they can charge me more baggage fees. I would rather pay the extra fees and stay airside in SEA than deal with TSA again.
