When is your trip? The best bet as mentioned above is to look for a flight with R space open and to confirm your upgrade right away. If you can do the $500 difference to B that would save you money in copays if you do get the upgrade and also could be worth it for the extra EQMs.
May/June. Looks like no R's available then. Just for kicks, I checked for the Fall and it seems that once you get into November and December, there are some R's available. Good to know in case I need to go back in the Fall.
