Although its easier today then yrs past, for any Route and especially TLV I would Never book looking to Upgrade if R<0. Too great a chance I will end up spending alot more $$ to end up sitting in the same seat in Y that I could have for alot less $$.
OP if you think 2800 EQMs is worth $500 go for it
btw the 84/85 is usually a little easier then the 90/91s for UPing
