I think the most valuable part might be the 25% off coupon.. with that I can get to HI for $250 from west coast.

), which will still get me a room at a Cat 7 (atleast). I have never been one for hotel loyalties any way, and $79 for 1 night is about what I'd be paying any way.
For now,I'm just keeping the points in my HA account. My mum and dad got these cards too, so every churn hypothetically nets us 420k (Hilton) points.
I will, in all probability, end up churning these cards but would love to hear about the experience others have had.
