True, but (a) it's impossible to get a confirmed booking on a 787 right now, and (b) that seating is explicitly said to be "for a limited time" and will be replaced by something more "conventional" at some point in the near future.
That said, looking more closely at ANA's web site, it seems like the 777 simply has a poor seat whereas the 747, 767 and 737 all have the same better seat.
I don't think you can called that as international business class product
