Thanks Tony. The problem is that we have a fair amount of luggage. I was sort of thinking that Sofitel would be easier to just drop at Sofitel and go, and then we can hopefully get a cart in the morning and take the HEX to T3.
We don't really need all the luggage for our night in London. I could leave it a left luggage at T5 and then go to the Hilton, but then that makes the next morning much more complicated, because I have to get to T5, pick up the luggage, then get it to T3.
I have never take HEX. How complicated will it be taking luggage from the station to the Hilton and vice versa? I guess one other option would be to arrive at T5, take the HEX to T3, leave the luggage at left luggage, then go to the Hilton.
Any other thoughts you might have would be much appreciated.
