The seats vary somewhat between aircraft models. We flew 777 one way and 747 the other way. IMO, the 747 is the way to go if you want the full premium experience: the seats have a wing-back design which gives a greater feeling of privacy, and there are three single seats for those who want even more personal space (two in the nose and one "Captain Kirk" seat in dead center of the cabin) -- caveat being that none of these seats have their own overhead storage space so you might end up having to steal someone else's. ANA premium class must be one of the cheapest ways out there to buy a ticket in the nose of a 747...
If you want more legroom and recline, 787 has a better seat in terms of Premium seat of all planes, as they use the Business Cradle like for the intra-asia 763 (those have winglets)

Beverages are complimentary and free-flowing. I don't think you can called that as international business class product, as first the meals are not served in china, and drinks are served in paper cups. Second meals are in a bento box, served cold except miso soup. There is also no appetizers (or amuse bouche) or desserts. You only get the Gozen box for flights before 9am, 11:30am-1pm, and after 5pm flights, all other time is the Sabo box which is like a snack box.
Now JL's domestic F class you can possibly call that as international business class product however, but defiantely not NH.
