I've had information from an excellent source that the menus will be changing radically in the London lounges, starting with LHR, in the next 4 weeks. This reflects the changeover to Baxter. Apparently the new offering will be noticeably and appreciably better than the current menu - some BA staff went for a tasting experience recently and were suitably impressed. The new menu will be "cascaded" in, and no I don't know exactly what that means, but I suspect it will be some of the current menu will continue to use up stocks. The completion date is about mid May.
