If the OP has a lot of time in SFO, I'd be tempted to try the domestic SC and even the Alaska Boardroom (if OP has access) before walking to the international terminal. It might also be fun to check out the little airline museum and do a swing around the departures lobby, which is quite attractive, before going through security for the international gates.
