Here's my experiences at the SFO international terminal leaving SFO-AMS last spring, which IIRC leaves about the same time as the SFO-NRT flight

1) DL Sky Club ( International Terminal ) - Very nice, but typical PMNW style lounge. At the same level as the gates, hang a left after security and follow the hallway back.
2) AF Lounge - Same general area as the DL Sky Club, just head upstairs once you get near the doors of the DL Sky Club. Wouldn't let me in, as I was not flying AF metal ( which there was no AF flight that day ) or KE ( which KE uses as their lounge that time of day, their flight leaves about the same time as the NRT one ). It was staffed by KE staff at the time, but in reading other threads AF tends to shoo away people not on their metal to the DL Sky Club ( had a similar experience trying to avoid the crap hole DL Sky Club in GRU by using the nicer AF lounge earlier that year, so I think it's a trend in many outstations ). That said, didn't seem all the impressive, versus the DL lounge.
3) China Airlines Lounge - not open then; the inbound doesn't arrive until the evening and the outbound leaves after midnight.
