Different routing is the answer.
SQ system tries to calculate ticket value assign to that segment based on fare paid and routing. SQ defaults to point-to-point PPSV when the system cannot accurately determine actual PPSV. As a result PPSV can vary even more than 80%. I have seen something around 300%.
