Malfunctioning IFE and Global Business Class Seat on my UA Flight from FRA
boarded united 931 in FRA yesterday, handicapped and in wheelchair and was told to go three different places. finally [a] supverisor got me on board and seated in business seat 8k... entertainment did not work for one hour and then found that flight was full and my seat was upright and would not work, despite numerous attempts by crew, saw upright for entire 9 hour flight. got lots of apologies, but definitely a horrow tale. food was inedible and snacks were worse. How can an airline think they can continue to serve the public like this with PR and then lousy service. will certainly reconsider any long haul united flite.. what will they do to compensate me for a 10 hour upright seat in business classm which by the way was not the seat originally requested and confirmed. . shame on united and its frankfort staff
