Iberia Express exit seats on A320

Hi

I searched in the sticky for an answer to this but no luck.

I'm flying MAD-TFS on an Iberia Express A320. On the seat map on iberia.com it shows rows 12 and 14 as being the exit seats (all the seats are marked 'exit' so it's pretty obvious).

However, when I check on seat map websites such as seatguru or seatmaestro, they show rows 11 and 12 as being the exit seats.

I was able to select seats in row 14 (given the first exit row will have limited recline). However, now I'm worried we'll actually be in the row just behind the exit
