Cold food is par for the course in the CCR I find. The issue I think is that they don't keep food under heat after plating and before it is collected by your waiter, so it effectively just sits there getting cold. The use of cold plates and the fact that most dishes seem to be effectively sourced from a buffet that sits in the kitchen (so are not massively hot to begin with) doesn't help either.

I really lost my temper after getting 2 cold dishes last time I passed through the CCR (one of which was soup, I mean surely you really have to try to make soup cold?). The solution is always to return to you with another dish that has been taken straight from a microwave.
