If your flight leaves from the international area, I would pick the AF lounge. BTW, when you say China lounge, do you mean China Air (Taiwan based), China Southern, China Eastern or what? Air China isn't in SkyTeam. Have you checked whether there's a Korean Air lounge at SFO? It's pretty good at ICN, although I'm not at all favorably impressed by the one at NRT.
