This is not how the real world works. People will always complain and label. It's normal. And it makes FT more entertaining IMO.
No more chit chat about kettles and lounge dragons? C'mon. This is like asking New Yorkers to stop making fun of tourists. Never gonna happen.
I love FT for its snark. It would be so boring if we only saw posts giving praise and thanks.

Hey I fly Delta and am Proud to have finally made it to Silver, and I am looking forward to getting Gold this year, and with Luck I might make Platinum.
I don't have issues with the website, the Mobile app for my Ipad works and the Iphone too. I have used my miles to fly my wife with me on a trip, and will spend some to upgrade to First. I don't see them as anything other than miles I earned and will spend as I see fit.
None of these things makes me bad or less then any of the rest of you. So lets take a fresh look at why we are here and if you really hate it here and Delta so much then maybe you should find a new hangout online.
