Is it, Keisei Limited Express train from Narita Airport to Nippori Station, at Nippori Station, change to the JR Yamanote Line?

Also, I will be there for 4 days (4th day, I'm departing early morning), is there a pass where I can use it unlimited amount of times? I will be chilling around Tokyo only.

Getting there, yes that is the cheapest way. And relatively easy as you are near Shin Okubo station.

I defer to others on passes......
