NRT to 1-15-33 Hyakunincho, Shinjuku-ku Tokyo, Tokyo-to 169-0073
Landing in NRT at 7:40am (07:40). Need to get to hotel at 1-15-33 Hyakunincho, Shinjuku-ku Tokyo, Tokyo-to 169-0073.

What's the cheapest way there?
Is it, Keisei Limited Express train from Narita Airport to Nippori Station, at Nippori Station, change to the JR Yamanote Line?

Also, I will be there for 4 days (4th day, I'm departing early morning), is there a pass where I can use it unlimited amount of times? I will be chilling around Tokyo only.
