I don't have an answer to your question, but I would choose (by phone, if necessary) to be in row 5 or 6, for FEBO purposes. You should be able to choose your lunch online beforehand, but reports suggest that is not entirely reliable. 6A/F are my preferred seats on odd numbered 738 flights.
