Quick update on my mobile phone case - I chased them on Monday as it's been about 4 months since I took the mobile contract out. Just had a reply confirming that the 25000 points will be applied shortly and should show up on the May statement.
They said my points would be credited shortly when I chased them up at the start of March. Still no sign yet! I didn't realise it had been almost a month. Will have to chase them again.
