I just submitted an app for a few additional supplementary cards and upon completion it tells me they'll arrive in a white envelope within 2 weeks, which suggests they won't be coming 1-2 day service as the original card arrived. I call CS and they can't even see that I've made the request yet in their system. Nor do they know the default mailing method for online requests. All they know is that when you do it over the phone, they can choose the option. So they are of no help until they can "see" the cards in the system.

I need these sooner rather than later. So, if you requested supplemental platinum cards online, do you remember if they arrived FedEx/UPS or US mail? Thanks
