I haven't been in many lounges but the one at CUN is not good.

We were refused entry because we didn't have the 'invite' from the check in agent (we were flying CW), she hadn't given us the invite so we were unaware we needed one. Luckily, we had PP so used that but really, it wasn't worth it. It's small, it was very cold in there - this was August and the a/c was way too high - food offerings dismal and drinks not up to much.

I wouldn't have paid to go in there, rather would have spent cash on TGI's
