I've used shutterfly and was extremely pleased. Printing is beautiful, binding is solid, and they package it really well to protect it in transit.
I tried using Shutterfly, but they do not allow for foreign characters, such as umlauted German vowels or the Spanish tilde. Haven't tried the other ones since then.
