Quick update on my mobile phone case - I chased them on Monday as it's been about 4 months since I took the mobile contract out. Just had a reply confirming that the 25000 points will be applied shortly and should show up on the May statement.

On an unrelated offer I'm being given the runaround by the Clubcard and Bank helplines as they both say that it's tnot their responsibility to look into it. The deal came in an email from Tesco Bank and was for 250 points for each £25 iTunes card purchased with a Tesco credit card. The Bank thinks that the points will be in the May statement (offer ran mid-Dec to mid-Jan).
