Im Not sure what sort of permissions airport hotels have on access to the rental car complex to pick up and drop off people. If you could coordinate with the hotel it could be doable.
By distace the complex is about 5 miles max -almost all highway-- from the hotel. Cabbies will view this as a short ride. What time are you looking for this ride? From 4-6pm it will likely cost more due to rush hour traffic and it's crawl.
If you tip well you likely will be fine with a cabbie.
