I once overheard on a United Flight (via Channel 9) a Delta pilot read back taxi instructions to the ATC at
ORD and use 'Dixie'. This is on the busy ground controller channel where the ATC guy is barking out instructions in a quick pace sometimes for multiple planes in a row before taking a breath. In this instance he stopped EVERYTHING and said to the pilot, "There is no such location, Delta 1234, acknowledge taxi Bravo, Delta to the gate" (or something like that). Yes very childish but also quite funny at the same time!
