I would also suggest calling Delta and seeing if they can reproduce the itinerary. I have had luck in getting them to price and ticket itineraries that were available on ITA but not DL.com (with other airlines etc).
Which number are you calling for that? I called SkyMiles > Reservations and the lady said "I think" or "maybe it's because" before every statement and didn't know what in the world was going on
