This is part of round-trip ticket. The whole itinerary appears on the Delta website when I access my reservation.
In theory, Adria will rebook you, but in my experience they may likely try to shunt you over to Delta and make you their problem.
I always recommend that you keep an eagle eye out for things starting to unravel and deal with the situation as early in the game as possible. If the flight leaving LJU is delayed you should try to deal with the issue at LJU rather than waiting until MUC. The sooner you start a rebooking process the more options you're likely to have.
