Apparently it seems the problem is not unique to me.

I tried to dial +800 2747 5500 from my handphone, office, does not work. I tried all sort of combination.

001-800xxxx
019-800xxxx
018-800xxxx from my mobile also does not work

Really do not understand why they are publishing something that works only on some special circumstances.
