Once again, the KVS Tool has nothing to do with your accounting software, but Windows Installer does suggest that you correct its installation.

Says you. I've been installing dozens and dozens of programs over the years and NEVER had any such message before. Yet this happens so frequently to YOUR installation program that you have FAQ Question #15 dedicated to "answering" it. yeah, that's a "windows" problem.
