Arrival in F, departure in C. Can I use F lounge at NRT?

Greetings all,

I will be travelling from ORD-NRT-SGN tomorrow with F class from ORD-NRT and C for NRT-SGN.

My question is when I arrived at NRT, can I use F lounge with my boarding pass from the ORD-NRT?
