No it is not.

You either need to be able (and willing) to accept an SMS message or you can go to the Information counter one floor below the main councourse and they have a kiosk that can scan your boarding pass and will give you a code for one hour of access. Anything over an hour you either need to pay for or use one of the lounge computers (not much use if you need to go through a VPN to access yuor e-mails though).
