Get a medical evaluation, follow the doctor's suggestion, tell the agent the true story and ask what your options are.
I am assuming OP will not fly if baby is contagious until it is safe to do so.
True Story- Pregnant woman needs to fly. OB writes letter that she is not at risk of premature labor.
This was true. She was 39 weeks. She flew!!
MD's staff are skilled at writing the necessary letters when they understand the situation.
