I'm going to print a copy of this out! In my last job I had to do workplace inspections, and people used to think I was a slave driver for making sure racks were bolted to walls, that boxes were stacked no higher than waist height etc. I assume an airport is also considered a workplace, and someone should have been responsible for the safety (Health and Safety Executive?) but don't know the specific US / Alabama legislation.
