My wife, 7 month old and I are supposed to fly back to the US tomorrow from LHR. Baby has a high fever (102.5 oF) currently and is not well. Going to the doctor shortly and I expect that he will tell us to postpone plans until she returns to satisfactory health.

Before I call AA can you please give me some advice on how to approach them. We are flying on discount Y and have confirmed C upgrades (UK tax already paid).

Baby has own seat.
