Not a B&B, but my wife and I really enjoy the Wequassett Resort in Harwich. Lots of different room types (typical hotel, private cottages, suites, etc) and good food onsite and very near by.

Folks also swear by the Chatham Bars Inn. I haven't been there yet, possibly heading down there in May.
