I want to get from LGA -> Tulsa. I noticed that the fares if I booked this would be more expensive than if I booked 2 separate trips to get me to the same destination. For instance, I noticed it would be cheaper for me to do a LGA to STL trip and then a STL -> TUL. This would entail 2 separate ticket purchases using 2 different airlines. So my question would be...Is there any special security concerns I need to be aware of on the second leg of the trip either going or coming back or do I need to be re-screened through security at the second airport?
