Not that it really matters, but, this family may soon be taking possession of an airport. The lawsuit is gonna be big.
I wonder if criminal liability would attach in a situation such as this? It appears to be a pretty serious case of negligence.
Someone (contractor included) is going to have their insurance company ante up a nice amount sooner or later
Also, does a city, county etc inspector come into play here? Someone might be out of a job too
