On the plus side, they had no problem giving me credit for breakfast since the lounge was closed. Nice room, but no upgrade other than being placed on a high floor (20) for this Platinum member. Another nit is that for a luxury city hotel, the room is quite sparse for amenities. No stationery other than a small notepad. JW's in Asia for instance, have much more attention to detail.
