As far as hotel, day one at the Swan was a joke. Pulled up in front of the hotel and no one helped us unload the car. Stood in the SPG gold/platinum line as five people in the regular line were checked in. No mention of any benefits (waived resort fee or going green) or mention of status. Later we returned to the front desk to see if the airline had brought our luggage. We were actually waiting in the SPG G/P line as they left us to go help the person who walked up. Overall, as far as day one at Disney, we had a great day.
