Nice; I had looked at the Osprey site many times before but never noticed the shuttle. Actually a bit cheaper than the Ozone and probably a bit more rugged. Only a little more weight. I need to check all three out in a store.

A perfect rectangle 22x14x9 is 2,772 cubic inches - so by the measurements the shuttle is a bit smaller than MLC and the Ozone a bit more. Most likely both are overstated and include the volume of the wheels and frame -- otherwise if the measurements were exact they would definitely be oversize.

Another thing to keep in mind (may or may not be relevant - depends how you travel and how hard you are on your bag). The Ozone has the newer 'high' carriage wheels; the Shuttle and Contrail have more traditional rollaboard wheels. The Ozone is designed to be better on 'rough' terrain.
Actually, if you look at the PDF buyers guides on the Osprey site, both the Shuttle and Contrail have a the high road chassis as well.
