BSAY and ONEPASS, PLEASE accept my apologies, I wasn't trying to come across as a "know-it-all"! When someone signs up under a referral, it is that person's turn to get the next referral. I believe that was the intention of the "congo line". If someone has already signed up, such as myself and yourself, and take the next referral, we will in essence short that new member of a referral.
