While it won't help the family, hopefully the investigation will lead to changes in code and inspections for these to try and prevent it from happening again if there was something else they could have done (safety cable to the wall for example, or actually checking they are mounted properly before opening the renovated terminal), or other things that were never considered necessary. There are way too many of these with people standing under them to not figure out what went wrong.
