There is a good Foyles bookshop in St Pancras, close to the Eurostar check-in area.

If you walk across the road to Kings Cross Station, there is a small independent bookshop in there by the pub, baggage storage and toilets.

St Pancras is now a mini shopping mall in itself, you can easily spend an hour there. It is L shaped, make sure you see both bits.
