The low numbers drying out reason makes sense. There were quite a few people in the lounge on Saturday morning but maybe there would be a problem. The served food did come quickly. Very efficient waitress served ours; she spoke very little English and I thought the order for one breafast sandwich with sausage and one with bacon would go wrong, but no, all done well even the red and brown sauces were correct.
