Hi,

Recently joined this forum, therefore, hope you have found the answer.

If not, here goes.

They are codes used internally to help recognise individual customers.

When you checkin with an agent, a prompt appears informing the agent that:

(1) You have reached GGL (Gold Guest List member).

DNGG and DKGG (Both means the same)- You are a GGL (Gold Guest List member), this code means that the agent acknowledge the message was delivered.

Due to techical issue with this new "know me, know you", when the checkin agent acknowledge the message was delivered the DKGG is created. DNGG is coded when the lounge agent acknowledge the message was delivered. Yet somehow DNGG is printed before you reached the lounge.

However, there are times when it isn't your first time...

Hope this helps.
