Are you sure they want you to pack the vaccines with dry ice? Dry ice will freeze the vaccines-- many vaccines need to be kept cool but are not stable when frozen. I'd hate for you to go to all this trouble and be stuck with ineffective vaccine. Perhaps your definition of dry ice is different than mine- in the US it generally refers to solid CO2 pellets that are at -80 C.
