Try walking north up Church Street toward or past Independece Plaza, some bars/restaurants stayed open around N. Moore, West Broadway, Varick, Greenwich & Hudson Street past Chambers/Worth St. (pass/near BMCC campus along the West Side Hwy) as it is more residential with local crowds that hangout late. For dining, take a quick taxi ride up to Little Italy on Mulberry St if there's several of you. Otherwise, there is not much going on or open weekdays after 10pm on Pearl, Water or Fulton - Seaport area to the East, except for a few surviving 24 hour deli.

Otherwise, as you know - head further north of Tribeca to West or East Village ...
